absolutely great accommodation, accommodating staff, excellent location in the center of rome. location near piazza di azza di spagna, too far bus transport convenient, and metro station for those far.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

The breakfast was incredibly nice with cheese and yoghurt and jam, amiable staff. The room was wonderful and a decent size, we had a refrigerator, a microwave, and air conditioner.

This place is centrally located, in a domestic area within a short walk to major attractions such as Piazza di Spagna and the Trevi Fountain, as well as a metro station.

The double room had a very comfortable bed that was just right for us, and the staff was friendly and welcoming, including the host; the location was amazing, right in the city center at the top of the Spanish Steps.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was right by the Spanish Steps and next to a metro station. Everything was very close to us. The hotel facilities were clean and the staff was very helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast with a range of choices available.

The guest house's owner, Giancarlo, was helpful and knowledgeable. The room wassuper clean and cozy with a great location near the Spanish Steps. Breakfast included a choice of cereal, toast, and cheese, and the coffee options were nice. The owner or his son were always available to assist.

The noise level from the street outside was quite high, which made it a little difficult to fall asleep at night.

The rooms were a bit noisy, so earplugs were needed for sleeping late. , there were some renovations taking place on the outside of the building, which affected the appearance.

The location was amazing, right at the top of the Spanish Steps. We had everything we needed for a short stay, and although the breakfast was basic, the cereal and espresso hit the spot. I highly recommend this B&B for its great location and value for money.
